Advisory Board Member

Advisory Board Member Dr. Haider pursued a medical degree from Dow Medical College, Karachi in 1994. He received his training in Internal Medicine at Beaumont Hospital Dearborn, Michigan; Infectious Disease fellowship training at University of Louisville, Kentucky, a special training in coagulation disorders at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Hematology and Oncology fellowship training at University of Tennessee, Memphis and stem cell transplant fellowship training at Vanderbilt University, Nashville, Tennessee. He has run a medical practice in North Carolina and served at faculty positions at the University of Tennessee, Memphis and University of Kentucky. He has worked since 2015 in Chicago, at the Cancer Treatment Centers of America and more recently at Advocate Aurora Health. Dr. Noman Haider is actively involved with many community organizations in Chicago. He also has been involved with organizing many distance learning activities. He has helped organize many philanthropic projects in DG Khan, Pakistan. He co founded  the academic institutions of Ahsan Memorial Foundation and L2L academy in Pakistan to promote project based learning. His interests include history, environment preservation, promoting social activism, and exploring historical cities and natural wonders. Dr. Haider is an active board member of the Northern Illinois American Muslim Alliance (NIAMA), a political action committee based in Illinois.
